Acme Fence has been a Louisiana staple since 1955, built on the values of quality craftsmanship and customer care. Founded by John “Buddy” Schaffer, Acme Fence began as a passion for building reliable, durable fences for the community. Today, we remain a family-owned and operated business with a commitment to excellence across three generations.
First Generation
John "Buddy" Schaffer, a proud WWII veteran, returned home in the 1950s and turned his passion for construction into a successful business. After serving overseas in the Pacific, Buddy focused on building fences that would stand the test of time. This dedication to craftsmanship became the foundation of Acme Fence, which quickly became a trusted name for homeowners seeking quality fencing solutions.
Second Generation
Under the leadership of Buddy’s son, Craig, Acme expanded its services to meet the growing demand for commercial fencing. The second generation carried forward the legacy of quality craftsmanship. We offer a wide range of residential fencing solutions to meet your needs, from privacy fences to decorative picket fences. Our team will work with you to design and install a fence that complements your property and enhances your outdoor living space.
Third Generation
Now under the leadership of C.J. and Cody Schaffer, Acme Fence continues to evolve. Ever since they were kids, their grandfather and father taught them the importance of taking care of their customers and providing exceptional customer service. They both are college graduates of LSU and Springhill.
