Warranty Coverage Details

General Warranty

Acme Fence guarantees the workmanship and materials for a period of one year, starting from the completion of the project. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Limitations to the Warranty

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, or any act of God. Additionally, natural weathering, such as fading or discoloration, is not covered.

Wood Fence Limitations

Any fence made of wood may show signs of weathering, including cracking, fading, and splitting, which are not covered under the warranty. These are natural occurrences that fall outside the scope of our guarantee.

Chain-Link, Aluminum, and Ornamental Fence Limitations

Fences constructed from materials like chain-link, aluminum, or ornamental metals used in harsh environmental conditions are not covered for corrosion or damage caused by saltwater or other environmental factors.

Underground Protection

If you have opted for underground protection, please note that damage caused by ground water, electrical lines, gas lines, or other underground utilities is not covered unless specified in the contract.

Customer Responsibilities

The homeowner is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, and approvals, including those from the HOA (Homeowners Association). Any changes requested by the homeowner after the initial agreement must be accompanied by a written change order. These changes may incur additional charges, and construction may be paused until all modifications are confirmed
